In his eight seasons as Texans head coach, Gary Kubiak compiled a 61-64 record.

After playing and coaching in Denver for 20 years, Gary Kubiak is returning to the Broncos as their head coach.
The Broncos are finalizing a deal on a multiyear, multimillion-dollar contract for Kubiak to replace John Fox. The deal is expected to be announced Monday.
Kubiak, 52, spent 20 years with the Broncos as a player (1983-91) and assistant coach (1995-2005).
Kubiak was in Houston on Sunday meeting with John Elway, the Broncos’ executive vice president and general manager, as well as other key members of the Broncos’ front office.

Great news for the rest of the AFC West. Kubiak = Norv Turner. Great OC, epitome of mediocrity as a HC.

Kubiak likes for his QB's to bootleg and roll-out, not sure how Manning will do this because he's strictly a pocket passer.

Manning did once take a bootleg and ran for 50 yards or so. I remember staring at the tv like " huh" think it was against buffalo
