Alright now, who's thinking about buying or have already purchased a tiny house?

I think these things look pretty cool. Not so much the 250 sq. ft. but 400 seems legit. Maybe for a getaway cabin on 1/3 of an acre or so?

My experience has been the tinyer the house the better price you can get one for.

I got this one for my niece

at a church rummage sale for a quarter.

Saw these years ago think they are called tumbleweed homes. All about location. As a single guy I'd move into one of these in a heartbeat in the mountains, some national park or Hawaii...aint living in one in NYC or some other urban sprawl though

If I were a Wise Guy I'd be living in a Tiny House in the mountains, some national park or in Hawaii or on the beach of the Caribbean side of some Tiny Paradise-like country that has no Army.
