it's the northeast they think footballs lose air by looking at them

you have to keep telling them to get ready for it

Yeah, they're going nuts at the markets.......my cousin lives in Bay shore Long Island & said people were buying up.everything......I guess theyre anticipating the electricity will go out.

Here in Pa, we only received about 3 inches of snow in the south central part......but I remember in 1993, 1996 & 1997 were some wacky winters......ecpecially in Jan when it snowed 37 inches in my town.

Had a workout trying to snowboard down a golfcourse with 6 other friend, huge hill but it took forever to climb up it. It was a blizzard & after it stopped snowing, people could drive for like 4 days, no one went to work for over a week.

So I know what those Boston people will go thru........

Better to be prepared as many out here still remember losing power for days if not weeks at a time due to storms. I don't see what is wrong with that.

Well since you are North of the City, you're are not getting what we are on Long Island....

they are calling for 12-24" and parts of Long island 24"+

It was suppose to start at around 6PM here.....The gym and many stores shut down at 5 around my area.

Hopefully it`s not going to be as bad as projected.......We`ll see,i don`t want to stay in the house all day.....If the gym is open i`ll be there....LOL.

Be safe!

The problem is they will say "expect 28" of snow" but that is usually in an ultimate small area. Not like it is the entire northeast how they act. If I am wrong, tell me. I don't live there.

But weather has def. changed. Last winter, it snowed maybe 5" or so in Indy, then for the next 3 days, we never saw a day above 0 which is extremely rare. Then when the super bowl was here, it was close to 50. Seems there is less spring and fall anymore.

The amount in my town so far is 20". But it won't stop until 1am so another solid 12 hours. Should end up with 28-30". I shoveled a path for my dog to go out and it's light and fluffy which will limit the power outages. Going to be no big deal.

Yeah that's in Suffolk, they got hit hard.. up to 24" in some areas. I'm in Nassau county, I would guess about a Foot. But like Pats said, the snow is Light

But for me the snow only caused me to change my Flight back to FL, I was suppose to leave Today and had to change it to tomorrow

Looks like Orient was the big winner with 23.5 inches.
