Going with Rutgers at home getting 9 points. I did a half ass job looking at this game so I'm playing this small for some action. Here is what I see
1.) Rutgers has covered this number at home every game this year except for an aberration against then #8 Virginia ( which is now arguably the best team in the nation) and put up 26 pts that game ( lowest since 1942)
2.) Rutgers has been on a slide but does have some recent quality covers and a straight up victory over then #4 Wisconsin at home.
Too many points IMHO to pass on this.
