I don't hate the pats but threads like this start to make me want to. This org has a history of being investigated for wrong doing with good reason. Face they were lucky to win. No Brady will never be best of all time. Even IF he was to win another one which I seriously doubt, but I'd put him up there as top 10 best. There is NO doubt, had Seattle ran the ball, they'd have punched it in. But my thinking is, Lynch was not the one they wanted the Star to be. They extended him to 1 more yr. Their QB will be there for the long run. So I believe ol Petey wanted to make Wilson the WINNER of the SB and the MVP. Had Lynch scored the winning TD, there is no doubt he wouldn't be the MVP. You can't give Wilson MVP if he doesn't score that last drive. And being Lynch is no press conference media darling, They opted for their "hero" to take the reigns. No need to run it in. I am a Pats fan -- I know the pain of watching team lose heartbreaking superbowls. I recognize that some haters deserve to eat some crow -- but I don't agree with a whole thread to randomly say FU to everyone -- save your missiles for those who deserve it. Pats are riding high -- the greatest team/coach/qb of all time -- practically undisputed by rational people. No need to put salt in woulds of well-meaning bettors and footballs fans -- imagine if it didn't go Pat's way -- I would be so upset.
