The East has the best player in the world on its team.
The home court favors the East.

I took the east +4. Figure it will be a close game down the wire anyway full of dunks so why not take the dog. Only reason to take the west is they are the better 3 point shooting team but their starting back court won't be playing in the 4th quarter while guys like Korver will be.
