I like Heritage a lot. It's a great book. I'm sure this is no fault of their own. I sent them a Graham deposit with the exact information they provided. (I had to go to the other side of the city to do it.) There was a delay and I so called Heritage and they told me it was rejected because they said I sent to that person within the last 7 days to another book.
That was not true. I hadn't sent anything to anybody via Moolah Graham for two weeks. Anyways, I had to cancel the transaction and get my money back, minus the fees for sending. They were lost to Moolah Graham. Heritage did give me a Bonus Play. I thanked them for that.
The only reason I post this is to advise customers (us) to be careful when sending via Moolah Graham. May want to triple check the name with the book clerk and make sure it's okay to send to before proceeding. Most books aside from Heritage would tell you to just eat the fees and not award a Bonus Play.
