Curt Schilling destroys 2 dudes who were harassing his daughter on Twitter

On Monday, former baseball star Curt Schilling played the dad card on Twitter and shut down two guys who were harassing his daughter, Gabby, on the social-media platform.Schilling called attention to his teenage daughter in a tweet, congratulating her on her acceptance to Salve Regina last week:

Of course, along with the many kind and very harmless messages of congratulations come trolls who have nothing better to do but type lewd comments and fire them off into the Twittersphere.
Deadspin documented all the tweets, and most of them use very NSFW language.

That was enough for Schilling, who went, as Deadspin put it, "Dadmode" on his blog, tracking down the guys behind the Tweets and putting their information below the images of the screenshots:
"The Sports Guru"? Ya he's a DJ named Adam Nagel (DJ is a bit strong since he's on the air for 1 hour a week) on Brookdale Student Radio at Brookdale Community College. How do you think that place feels about this stud representing their school? You don't think this isn't going to be a nice compilation that will show up every single time this idiot is googled the rest of his life? What happens when a potential woman he's after googles and reads this?
The other clown? He's VP of the Theta Xi fraternity at Montclair State University. I gotta believe if Theta Xi is cool with a VP of one of their chapters acting like this I'd prefer to have no one I know in it. Also, does anyone attending Montclair State University have a student handbook? If so can you pass it along because I am pretty sure there are about 90 violations in this idiots tweets.

Since then, both Twitter accounts have been deleted (@Nagels_Bagels appears to have been suspended, while @primetime227 no longer exists), and Brookdale Community College released a statement on Facebook saying the student involved has been suspended. Schilling said these weren't the only people sending him disgusting messages, but that he stopped after sleuthing these Twitter accounts because it was "more of the same." He later updated his post with two more screenshots of offensive tweets for any interested party.
Schilling had more to say on his blog, saying he understood "guys will be guys," but "I can’t ever remember, drunk, in a clubhouse, with best friends, with anyone, ever speaking like this to someone."
Gabby Schilling seems to be appreciative on Twitter.

Update: NJ.com reports that "Hollywood" was Sean MacDonald, a graduate of Montclair State University.
hired as a part-time ticket seller for the Yankees at the end of January.

He was fired today.
Jason Zillo, the team's director of communications, told NJ.com: "We have zero tolerance for anything like this."

That's the best move The Yankees have made in years.

They just need to hack into A-Roids Twitter account.....

So someone at that college could just use someone's else name as a twitter name and get someone else in trouble or potentially ruin their life. You never know who really is on the other end. When I was in college, there were alot of computer labs that were public.

This is the exact reason I hate social media. Never been on twitter, instagram, or any of that junk except facebook and even then, I signed up in my dog's name. Twitter and facebook are a joke anyway. They aren't 50 billion dollar companies. They are exactly the same thing. 10 years from now, they will be yesterdays news like myspace. If I go on twitter and read stuff, I can only understand about 25% of what is said since twitter is mostly a high school and college thing. Everyone likes to talk like they are black on twitter and have abbreviations for everything and post these stupid vines or whatever they are called. This millenial generation sucks. They don't play sports, they play games on their phones. I hate this "hashtag" crap too. What the hell does that even mean? # party. What? Some of these teenagers because of social media actually will say they have a boyfriend or girlfriend and then if you ask them specifics, in some cases, they have never even met. They live in different states and likely will never meet. I just don't get it.

If I had a daughter, she wouldn't have a smart phone until she was 18. I had a cell phone in high school. I didn't even know my own phone #. It was just for emergencies. Curt schilling is over reacting to this whole thing. Those dudes will likely never even meet her. She is hot and at least 1 of those guys was some fatass that likely would never have the balls to approach her anyway even if they did meet. She supposedly has some badass hockey player bf. Let him handle it. Of course, in todays generation, a normal teenage fist fight is considered assault. Such a joke.

Even facebook is ruined for me because you have such a wide variety of friends. You have people you went to high school with, you have ex gf's, you have booty calls, you have friends parents, you have real friends, and you have CO-WORKERS alot of the time. I don't post crap on there. Not much I would want to say to that entire group at a time. My fb looks like shit anyway because the only time pics are taken is when i was drunk. A couple people from the gambling forums even have my phone #. I was hesitant to give that out. I am facebook friends with an 18 year old girl. She posts a ton of crap and i can't understand half of it. Some thing a guy posted on one of her comments "I think that guy gave me a light show". What the hell does that even mean? Kinda sounds gay. Speaking of gay, notice with this millenial generation, it is perfectly ok and "cool" for a guy to be gay now. And you are just "ignorant" if you don't agree. Every millenial loves that word "ignorance". They are being trained incorrectly in high school. I can only imagine the average hs text book when it comes to World War 2.
