Tennessee quarterback Jack Locker said he no longer wanted to play professional football and is retiring from the NFL. The Titans drafted Locker with the eight pick overall out of Washington in 2011. Locker missed 14 of 32 potential starts because of injuries and played only seven games with five starts in 2014. He played in 30 games in his career, starting 23, and he threw for 4,967 yards with 27 touchdowns and 22 interceptions. He also ran for 644 yards and 5 touchdowns.
Locker said he was fortunate to play in the NFL and had been smart with his money.
