5 dimes ****** "my cash card" payouts

i just recieved my first ****** payout with 5 dimes. They said they just started this ****** "my cash card" option up last week & it worked great! Maximum of $500 a day / $4,000 month. No fee's w-thumbs!^... No more moneygram withdrawl's for me! anybody else make a withdrawl like this yet ?

does the ****** account have to be under your name, and can they even regulate that its under your name since its a reload.

No, they just ask for an email address to send it to.. They dont confirm whose ****** it is. It hasnt been available the past couple of days..some days its available, some days its not

Basically, if you get many payouts via that method, will PPal have problems with you adding money via the card and then in turn, cashing out via ATM several times?

I dunno, i have a $400 atm limit on my ****** debit card, ive done that twice the last 2 months, no issues... 3 other times ive had ****** mail me a check which ive cashed at wells fargo, no problems..

i think you need a bank account to start a pa ypal account now a days.. the bank account i used isn't active anymore, so my ****** accounts restricted but still active.. i have a physical pa ypal debit card they sent me about 2 years ago i can use to make limited atm withdrawls from the funds in my ****** account. Not sure if a bank account debit card linked to ****** would work the same, i know you can just transfer funds directly from ****** to your bank account
