Service forum question???

At the beginning of every service plays thread it says Advertise with the Rx - do not post and then gives a long list of cappers. Does this mean to not post the plays of anyone mentioned in the long list in this forum and they won't be found here? Newbie help. thanks

There are 11 services that advertise here so their plays are not posted.

There is a very long list of cappers below that. Their plays are listed here but without write ups.
