Booing Santa, too blurred of a line between whats real life is and sports, obnoxious ect.....

we we all know this, but now they turn on their own...

first Reid, a guy that took over a 3-13 team and in 2 years had them 11-5 in 2000. From 2000-2013 he had 2 losing seasons... Fired.. Ran out of town,,,,

Now they get the best offensive mind, clearly their first choice, in Chip Kelley. He wins 20 games in two seasons, but it's not enough.

He makes moves. It's heavily reported he wants Mariota... every Eagles fan i know is outraged, even my closest friend... You choose him, show some loyalty. If anyone knows. Mariota flaws it's Kelly... Kelly knows what is at stake....It's His career, his legacy, yet he's willingly to hang it all on Mariota... You think you Eagles fans are more capable than making that decision than Kelly?

thats why you Eagle fans are the worst in all of sports

Actually the Santa claus thing is total bullshit. They were booing because the Santa at that game looked like a homeless man. The reason for the boo's was because of his appearance.

Chicago, Dallas and many other fan bases are much worse than philly

Oh and Reid was awful. Chip Kelly's much better. Reid time management was among the worst of all time. Challenges and timeout situations were always unwatchable with Reid. Chiefs got a hit of that in playoffs against colts a few years back.

A few months ago everyone in town was hoping that Kelly would trade up to get Mariota. Free agency left them without any safeties or wideouts and a hole on the offensive line. Personally I don't see how they get Mariota without giving up a ton of draft picks that they need to fill those positions and I think that's the stance of most Philly fans at this point.

As far as Reid goes, once his Defensive Coordinator (Jimmy Johnson) passed on Reid was exposed as knowing nothing about the defensive side of the ball. His promotion of Juan Castillo (Offensive line coach) to Defensive Coordinator was a league-wide joke. Last playoff win was in 2008.

As far as the throwing snowballs at Santa etc all of that was 40+ years ago and it's pretty much 'lazy journalism' when someone from the press brings it up.

IMHO Chicago fans are the best

eagles fans are in a class of their own.. No one to even describe them too - least in American sports

That wasn't good. But again....seen opposing fans cheer injuries in other stadiums. What about those white trash idiots that attacked first base coach in Chicago.

I'm just going on memory here but I thought they got violent also.

I don't know about this instance by itself, I think this story is common knowledge because it explains the reputation of a Philly fan better than we can with out the story
