How do you collect from a childhood friend? He hasn't made any effort to pay over the last 5 year's.

He owes me a decent a decent chunk that would clear a lot for me.

He threatens me with our past shenanigans, but I'm over that. He owes another buddy to that toom him in when he was about on the streets.

He has a job pulling 70k a year now, he can start paying something. But he ignores me.

Someone gets me paid They get 10% where's TKGB?

I'm not talking anything too serious but enough where he has to explain to his family and friends what happened to him.

If he 70k and you know where he works. I would say my chances of getting him to pay would be over 85%. He would never ne your friend again though if that matters.

If you need to get some revenge that is non violent, post some shit about him on online forums (ripoff report), it will tarnish his name, phone number, email and any sort of reference check/search anyone will do about him.
