Here is the current dev list:
· Recover password
o User can register themselves. I provide link to register form (also linked from login screen). They provide username, password, email address. I will verify the logins once I verify that person is an authorized bidder. With their email Ican put a recover password function in where user clicks Forgot Password, provides email address, and the temp password is emailed to them.
· Bid history
o User can double click the team and see the history of bids on that team for that auction. Show date, user, and bid. Small pop-up table showing trace of the bid.
· Images
o Ability to link an image file to each team in the Teams table. It would display next to the team in the bid grid.
o Ability to link an image file to each auction in the Auctions table, have it display on the bid page header. Thinking like NHL, NBA logos.
· Payment owed by user
o When auction ends it shows a table of $ owed by person, and paid/unpaid.
o Auto email goes out to each winning bidder communicating how much they owe and how to send it.
o I can then switch users to paid for that auction when they send in their money due. This would let auction participants see of the final winning bidders, who has paid and who hasn’t.
· Re-auction
o When someone doesn’t pay for a team, we open the auction on that team only back up for an hour. Bid starts with the previous to high bidder and goes from there. Need to get that process figured out and working.
· Mobile app with notification pushes
o User can configure his own notification settings; when they lose a bid, when an auction gets ready to close, etc.
· Proxy bid
o User can set a max price for a team, computer bids it up $1 at a time anytime they don’t have the winning bid and the bid amount is under their pre-set max for that team/auction combination.
· Silent Auctions
o Not sure if I want to mess with this or not
· Bracket View
o Option for user to see a view of the teams by bracket instead of/in addition to the current table view

I totally jumped the gun and forgot that there was another night of playing that might affect seedings and even participants. I guess I was just anxious to get this software live.
IF any of the participants change your bid on the team that no longer is in the playoffs will just be dead and the newly included team will start at zero.
If a team changes seeding and you have a bid on them, that bid still stands.
