I remember feeling the quake from the bomb blast from where I worked about 8 miles away. And I could see the smoke in the air. So I knew something bad had happened right away. I was in that same Federal Building just a month before for a week of jury duty. They had moved the trial from the crowded city courthouse to that building. So I was very fortunate with the timing of it all. Very sad day here in Okie land.
