I get it, Sabathia is not the same as 3 years ago. His numbers are horrible, he throws in the 80s mph now adays and hes facing the best hitting team in baseball. Im not a yankee fan at all, but Ive seen both of Sabathias games hes pitched this year. His numbers do not dictate how he looked. Both starts his stuff actually looked good. His slider looked above average and threw quite a bit of k's. The hits that he gave up, aside from the hr, were not solid hits, rather many were ground balls that made it through. Im taking a chance at what my eyes have seen vs what the numbers are.
