Can you believe that Jameis Winston is still embroiled in crabgate?

I happened to stumble on this video just today... Click here
There is also a written article below the video that's worth a quick look

The story:

Winston in a TV interview told the press that he didn't steal any crab legs even though he previously admitted and paid for his "unfortunate lack of judgment" as stated by him in the interview. He then added that the employee at the Publix market who"gave him the crabs" had previously offered him other freebies as well. Publix market denies giving Winston or anyone else improper benefits for free. They say that the crab legs were stolen which implies that Winston accepted stolen merchandise. What does the employee have to say about all of this? And who was the rat fink at Publix Market that called Jameis out for stealing the crab legs? Any chance it was the same coed suing him for rape? Nah.

So where does the truth lie here?

A. Winston stole the crab legs and even admitted doing it.
B. Winston was given the crab legs and is guilty of accepting improper benefits.
C. Winston received stolen crab legs and is guilty of receiving stolen merchandise.
D. All of the above

This all goes away next Friday, when he is drafted #1 by the Tampa Bay Losers. This is just crap to fill in the dead space in sports rags and on sites like this. It is still a bit too early to start talking REAL football issues.

They already got what they deserved by hiring Lovie Smith, who made one playoff appearance from 2007 until the Bears finally got rid of him in 2012. Talk about being washed up...

The girl that claims "Famous Jameous" hopes he goes the first pick. She has a civil suit filed against him and
she will be paid off to drop the suit. She wants Winston to hit the lottery!

The NFL meanwhile is looking to take a harsher line against players connected to domestic violence and sexual misconduct disputes. The six-game suspension of Ezekiel Elliott is expected to become the baseline for the future. Time will tell if Winston is the next high-profile victim of this new policy.j 854

My brother made an excellent comment last night about the media and what they stand to gain from running these stories. It's like watching the lead-up to olympic events, the story, the drama. It isn't just about the game being played anymore, it's all these different angles for people to get fired up about (one way or the other) to lure people in to watch the game.

Just like the NFL and the anthem drama. Fun fact: NFL didn't start parading the players out on the field for the anthem until 2009 when Dept. of Defense started to pay the NFL for "patriotic displays" before the football game.

Greed is a motherfucker.
