Peterson is worth a 5th round pick. He plays a position that isnt real and is in his 30's. #17 overall. I would make deal in a second if I were the Vikings. You are paying a 30 plus year old running back around 15 million a year and suck. How do these GM's have jobs. That's right. They were halfway decent players in the 80's.

30+? He just turned 30 in March. You make it sound like he's mid 30's. Even if the value of a RB isnt what it used to be AND this years class of RB's is unusually deep, he's still a freak. He might outlast all the best prospects coming out.

Not to mention, he doesnt even want to be there. Hmmm, a tough decision, a guy as a running back who doesn't want to be here BUT he just turned 30 and have a stupid qb who in our best case wont be good until Peterson is 33. Geeze. And they wonder why teams don't win.
