If your not on drugs as a parent you most likely are like that lady. Problem is a lot of baltimore kids don't have reliable parents that will hold them accountable. They off trying to score dope. U think they care if their kids are throwing rocks at police that they probably also don't like. You can't get to the kids these days....they aint listening. That's a society problem. It is bigger than parenting. Parents can only do so much

If I was a store owner in Baltimore I'd be prepared for a riot. Next time it happens just let them in the store. Let as many of the rascals in as you possibly can fit. Then have a big metal door that comes down on the whole thing and prevents anyone from leaving. Then proceed to burn everyone inside.
