Apparently some guy lost a $40K PLO pot, and sends over a goon to harass the winner. Goon proceeds to get his ass kicked.

Your friend beat the fuck out of him, that was pretty impressive. What a shitty fucking establishment though, jesus christ. In some of my local casinos, if someone is drunk and they get a bit roundy and even THINK about trying to start some bullshit, security is there right away. They'd never let this type of shit happen.
So the guy your friend got 40k from left the table after? And then sent the big black dude in the gray shirt or what?

Note quite the beating as this one though:

Poker fight BEAT DOWN in Miami at Miccosukee Casino

This happened on November 16th, 2014 at around 8:30am at Miccosukkee Casino near Miami Florida. The two guys involved in this video were exchanging ongoing verbal arguments between each other throughout the night at the poker table. Drinking was involved. This lasted for a while, until guy #1 (the guy who was beat up) lost a hand, then got out of his chair and rushed over to guy #2 (the one doing the beating) and punched him in the back of the head. (this was not captured on film). As a response to being hit from behind, guy #2 gets out of his chair (at this point the video started recording) and begins a beatdown...

Other notes: the guy who did the beating is actually a decent guy. He never started confrontations and was usually quiet and mature as a regular at the casino. He may look like the bad guy in this video, but the other guy was loud, annoying, and drunk, and attacked him first. However, one can argue if the retaliation was too excessive to be justified as self defense, but ill leave that decision to the viewers...

No physical fight here, but the heated banter is pretty funny:

I've driven by this place (commerce) hundreds of times, but that is the first I have seen of the inside...thought it would be a bit nicer honestly

Two Arrested in Shooting Death of Former Army Ranger Outside Miami Casino

One of the suspects in the shooting death claims self defense.

Fernando Duarte, 33, walked out of the Miccosukee Resort and Casino after winning a prize from a slot machine when he was shot. Duarte was rushed to Kendall Regional Hospital where he later died. He was a 12-year Army veteran, who family says served in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Officials later charged 25-year-old Kenin Bailey and 25-year-old Mikey Lenard in the case. During an hours-long bond court hearing Tuesday, officials revealed two possible motives behind the deadly shooting. Miccosukee police say it was murder, but one of the suspects is claiming self-defense.
Police said the incident stemmed from an argument between the victim and the suspects at a poker table inside the casino. Detectives said Duarte and his friend were asked to leave. When the men crossed paths again outside the parking lot, they again exchanged words. When the men got into their cars, police said the suspects actively sought out Duarte alone in his car.

According to a police report, Bailey allegedly shot Durate while driving past him, hitting the victim once in the shoulder, pelvis and hand. His friend ran to him to try to help out.
Detectives say Bailey then walked up to a security guard and told him he shot Duarte in self defense. Detectives say the Army veteran was unarmed.

Police in South Florida say that a verbal altercation at a poker table led to the fatal shooting of a former Army Ranger outside a casino on Christmas day.

According to NBC Miami, two men are in custody and appeared in court Tuesday for allegedly shooting 33-year-old Fernando Duarte. Kenin Bailey and Mikey Lenard, both 25, claim that the shooting was self-defense.
The report said that Duarte and his friend were asked to leave the Miccosukee Resort & Casino thanks to their argument with the suspects, which began, according to law enforcement, as “poker room table talk.” However, the argument that started in the 32-table poker room continued when the men somehow crossed paths outside the casino.
Duarte was shot in the leg and wrist. He died during surgery at the hospital.
One of the suspects went to security immediately after the shooting and told the casino what had happened and that it was self-defense.
Prosecutors disagree, and both men are facing first-degree murder charges and were denied bond.
