Tampa +800 seems to have a little value. They would have to catch lightning in a bottle with Winston but overall a bad division and a team that I think was improving pretty fast last year.

Also like Cincy +200.

Indy has heavy juice but it's free money. You're basically just laying -450 that Luck doesn't miss significant time.
