When someone publicly says they will quit posting for a year if a bet loses

Should it be the moderators job to force said poster to live up to the agreement?
One of the terms of agreement at this forum is stiffs will be banned.

Saying you will not post for a year if an attention whoring forum bet loses is stiffing When they come back and therefore reason for banning because said poster broke the TOS of the forum.

So I think any poster who says if A happens I will not post for a year should be enforced by the moderator staff if said person does not have the moral compass and decency to do it on his own.

Otherwise therx needs to change its TOS

If I thought JC was a truthful person and not the stiff that he is I would bet him $1000 straight that by the end of the season he will have a losing record In baseball.

Hes the kind of person who will implode the first time he has 4 losing days in a row.

I've never stiffed anyone on here and keep clear honest records of my wagers in the proper forums
