That whole sequence made no sense. First they let Teheran hit with 2 on instead of bringing in Freddie Freeman to try to extend lead. Then they put in there worst relief pitcher in for Veal. Kinda felt like Braves manager was trying to throw the game or just has no idea what he's doing.

tight game up 1 in 7th and they bring veal in there? wtf. I don't understand managers

I just started a similar thread. Veal shouldn't even be in the majors, and the Braves had made a nice comeback on a very tough pitcher. Just makes no sense they would go to Veal.

Not only did they go to Veal, they kept him in even after he let the very next batter (Blanco) tie the game. At least take him out before the lead is gone. MLB managers baffle me with their decisions.

Probably the easiest job on the planet. Sit on your fat ass and spit sunflower seeds. At least the 3rd base coach has to get off his ass and go stand on a corner and maybe make a decision if the guy should stop or keep running to home. And he probably makes about 250K a month for that shit. LMFAO

Boche just did the same thing with casillas. Leaves him in after he gives up a towering homerun to center and lets him give up 3 more in the inning. Crawford boots a tailor made double play ball to boot. This game seems fixed imo
