I deposited $500 into the account at the beginning of April (end of March Madness). I won a quick $600. Requested payout, and these mutherfuckers have still not paid out. I have inquired 3 times and they post some vague bullshit about some departmental delay but they promise to send it out as soon as possible. Do not do business with this fucking sham company. I swear to god I want to kill somebody. It's not the money, 6 bills aren't shit, it's their fucking excuses and the smug customer service, and Joe Garcia, customer service agent, if I ever come face to face with you, God help you. It's funny because I sounded just like you for 8 weeks. I even told them "I know you scammed me, just tell me you did!" Same answers you got, "It's coming, dept delay..." 10.5 weeks total time, and the check came. Needless to say I don't really play there anymore because of this, but they did pay, surprising as it was...

Talked to them on "live chat" today, talked to "Monica Staley", my withdrawl date was March 22, I bitched and complained and they gave me 3 free 30 dollar "Bonus Bets" still no update on when the withdrawl will be processed...the response I recieved was Monica Staley: at 11:56:49

Slow paying is what it is ... again people don't understand what loop holes some shops need to go through just so the money get's to U.S players.
I'm not sticking up for the book at ALL. I hate even slow paying, as much as a All out Stiff. But more than Matt have told me the player will get Paid.
Also, I'm working on 3 guys getting paid... it takes time with these guys, which isn't right at all.

I've always had a problem with ALL Shops that took so long to get a player their Money... More so because let's face it, when a Player makes a deposit, it takes a couple of minutes.
But the U.S. Gov. has made it harder and harder for players to get their Money.
Books use many processing ways, but they get closed down at some point. Then they need to get more up and running. Still no excuse ... but this is why something like this happens.
What I DON'T like about this Shop is that they are by far the hardest Book to get a hold of.... If you call Bookmaker, BetDSI ... you will get someone on the phone.. with no problem.
This place needs to hire more phone people... have someone Just for problems.
Anyway... I said my peace ... let's hope some of these get taken care of by Monday.
Gotta weigh on this as well. I have been trying to get paid since JANUARY. I did receive a total of $1,790 (of the 9+ dimes in my account) in 2 payouts...both of which were like pulling teeth. My latest request was entered on 5/1....still waiting for the check. They say it was "processed" last week....yeah....still waiting for the check.
So that book is worthless....and I really don't wanna hear about processing difficulties.....other books pay just fine......and even if it's true and (giving benefit of the doubt at an absurd level)....THEY ARE NOT A "TOP SPORTSBOOK."
Seriously.....when I joined Rx in 1999, there was an impeccable level of integrity and this was THE PLACE to go to have solid offshore books recommended.
I have no idea what changes have been made at Rx....I know Kenny is long gone as is Wilheim (both of whom were very helpful in the past).....I don't really follow the forums much these days, other than to post my picks, so I am not up on the state of Rx affairs.....but it seems to me (and I humbly apologize if I am mistaken) that somebody is accepting advertising $$$ at the expense of the integrity of the Rx. 6-8 week payouts does not a top sportsbook make.....and THAT assumes they actually DO pay in 6-8 weeks.....which they don't.
It's sad on multiple levels. Sportsbook.Ag was once a great book. I started using them in 1999 (on a recommendation from the Shrink) and did enjoy many good years there before they turned to garbage.
ALL of that being said, I think we will all get paid...eventually. I just think a "top book" should pay WAY before "eventually."
