I love the book. Always had a good time at Heritage. It really is a great place to play at.

However, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me and I feel this will save people who are depositing time, effort, money and frustration.
This is the 2nd time in, I believe, 3 months that I've been given a junk name.

Several months ago I got a deposit name from them. I go to deposit, send the money, wait, check on the delay... and they tell me it won't go through because I recently sent to that person at another book. 100% incorrect. So I lose my $10 sending fees and have to go back to pick up my deposit money. They gave me a $25 Bonus Play for the inconvenience.

Anyways, I deposited a couple hundred with them about a month ago. No problems. All is good. I go to make another deposit today. I specifically ask when I get the name to make sure that it's "good" and they tell me it's fine. So, same deal. I go to deposit, I send it, I wait, I check on the delay.... and they give me the same spiel. It won't go through.

Now, I love the book and the people that work there are very professional. But if you're making these deposits and this happens, it is very frustrating. And not only this time do they tell me I am out my sending fees, they tell me there will be no Bonus Play for the inconvenience. Basically, go pound sand, eat those $10. Have a nice day.

I asked in chat if I could at least get my sending fees reimbursed (the amount I lost on the first transaction) when I GO OUT THERE TO MAKE ANOTHER DEPOSIT TODAY. Nope. So now I pay double fees for this deposit.

Anyways, just venting here. Never had this happen at any other book.

Don't get me wrong. I love the book. But this is the only book I've ever had this problem with. It happens once... so be it. Mistakes can happen. But if it happens twice just a few months apart... well, that needs improvement. In fact, this is the only book where I've had this happen.

And you verify with them before sending the money (to dot all you i's and cross all your t's) that the name is good... and they say 'yes' .... and then you get the run around.

Anyways, no big deal. The people I dealt with were nice and courteous.
