I've seen several football players with the last name "Gay" on their jerseys
I went to bootcamp with a guy that had that last name. It was brutal, you must really want to be a Marine, if your last name is gay and you still go through with it.
This is a scary last name.....I'm thinking his ancestors, like his great, great, great grad dad worshipped Satan, so he named himself that? Can't think of any other reason why someone would have started a family name like that.
It's a Slovak name (he was born in Czechoslovakia, when it was a unified country). And, it has an accent over the "s" and is pronounced "Shahtan."

Judaism throughout history doesn't even have a concept of the "devil" or "satan" as we know it.
