I have watched pro basketball for many decades and am now totally confused.
I really don't watch that much hoop any more, but this years finals got my
attention. the problem is that I really have very little clue as what is or is
not a foul anymore. I used to know, but not now. for example LeBron
drives to the bucket and blatantly uses his free hand in defender's chest
to keep him away. NO CALL. a shooter drives and gets hammered on
the way to the hoop. 50/50 CALL/ NO CALL, HOME TEAM TENDS TO BE
MORE LIKELY TO GET THE CALL EITHER WAY. shooter shoots and falls
down if a defender is in the neighborhood. FOUL CALLED QUITE OFTEN.
I understand NBA basketball is quite physical and the zebras can't call
everything cuz too many would foul out and the games would last 4
hours, but this is ridiculous. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ENLGHTEN ME.
