The size of beer bottles is pissing me off

I have boycotted European beers since they went to the 11.2 ounce bottle.

Now tonight, I buy a 12 of Labatt, and I see the bottles are only 11.5 ounces.

What total bullshit!

Craft IPAs, etc are a rip in the $10-$12/750ml range.

$10/6er is the norm now.
And will only get worse.

The top of the line DIPAs go for $4 a 16oz can.

Paid $22 for Flora Plumb 375ML a couple of months ago
And $16 for Nocturn 500 ML bottle.

Not a hobby or recreation for the thin of wallet.

Now they are doing Stella in 9.6 oz bottles and selling them in 20pks.

If you are really that concerned about the price per ounce of your craft beer buy a kegerator for the garage or wet bar. Start buying 1/6 kegs of your favorite current brew and you'll never look back. Then you don't have to worry about those 11.5 oz bottles.

Most "craft" beer or European beers are sold in a size based off of their alcohol content. If you go to a bar and buy a beer w/ 9.5% alcohol they typically won't serve it in a 12oz glass...you'll get shit-faced thinking "I've only had 4 beers" (when you've had the alcohol content of 8-10 "regular" beers).
