Offense - I'm not sure entirely what to make of Greg Roman. Some of the things I saw SF do in the running game over the past 3 years have been brilliant. Kaepernick seemed to get worse with every snap however, and running behind Iupati and Anthony Davis with Frank Gore is a better plan than running behind Seantrel Henderson and Kraig Urbik with LeSean McCoy. I mean, they signed a free agent full back. That's not a good thing.

Defense - Rex Ryan and his people are among the best IMO, coming with a solid aggressive 5-2 strategy. People have questioned taking awesome ends Mario Williams and Jerry Hughes and changing their positioning and talents. The Bills rarely blitzed last year, relying on Williams, Hughes, and Marcel Dareus. But just because they had a great defense doesn't mean it can't be improved with a better strategy. And remember that Williams was just fine as an interior lineman in Wade Phillips aggressive 5-2 in Houston, and Hughes was originally drafted by the Colts as a 5-2 end, the same position he played at TCU, more or less.

QB's I would say that Tyrod Taylor will easily win the starting job. Cassell and Manuel are terrible. But we are leaving this somewhat up to Greg Roman, who doesn't exactly have a track record at being good at this sort of thing. Not that any of these 3 are ever going to be a fantasy option in this offense anyway.

RB's Don't drink the kool aid, LeSean McCoy isn't very good. A couple years ago, his Barry Sanders wannabe style worked. Now that he's lost a step though, he runs like Barry Sanders Jr. Fred Jackson will get just enough carries to make neither of them particularly useful.

WR's Sammy Watkins will go to pro bowls. Speed size and hands. But he doesn't get open yet. He will. Maybe this year. But I wouldn't gamble on it. Woods and Harvin complete the Bills' set of mediocre wr's. Decent names, but nothing to see here folks.

TE's Clay is a good player. Not sure he's a 38 million over 5 years player though.

OL Igcognito will fit this system perfect. The rest of the line isn't good.

Pass all Bills, short of maybe Harvin if he falls through the cracks, only if Taylor wins job.

Front 7 Lose no one of value. Both Williams', Dareus, Hughes worthwhile, however Rex lines em up.

2ndary Look for Graham to start opp Gilmore. Both should make pro bowl. Searcy was best of the 3 safeties ly, but Aaron Williams has the talent and fit for this system.

Most talented team in the afc east, if not the entire league. Rex Ryan was able to win with Mark Sanchez. Orton was 7-5 as a starter last year. And they get a game against the patriots with Garapolo starting. Oline is a weakness.

These are good writeups but why not do like 1 a day so they don't get lost in the shuffle.

Bills fit the bill of an all around talented team but if you got bottom 5 QB play it's just a lot to overcome. Especially in that division where the other defenses are pretty good.

They probably got the best DLine in the league. Watkins/Harvin/McCoy are guys you can get the ball to but again nobody to really get it to them. If they just had average Orton I'd like their chances to make the leap so much more.

Manuel is arguably the worst starting QB in the league.

If the Bills had a good quarterback they'd be my favorite to win the Superbowl.

Agree. I also think Tyrod Taylor will win the job and will be a QB that allows them to at least approach their potential, and win the division. Indy and NE at home Weeks 1 and 2 will tell us alot. 2-0 there will make a big statement, and I expect 2-0.

Wow. Why are people so high on Tyrod Taylor. Never has started an NFL game, has never thrown an NFL Touchdown pass and was drafted in the 6th round as a wide receiver because he sucks. He will have to score at least 24 points and that won't happen. A good defense and a shit qb will get you the 8th pick in the draft.

He wasn't drafted as a WR. A real good- great D and a QB that can run around, buy time, and make some plays on the ground and in the air has been in the last 3 Super Bowls. I know he's the type of QB you hate, but when you don't have a great pocket passer, and the Bills don't, it's the next best thing. He never played because he was behind a durable guy in Balt. Ryan has liked him for years. He reminds me of Rich Gannon, a guy that sat for years biut always looked like he had the talent to run around and make plays, and when he finally got his shot, that's just what he did, and was damn good at it.

I actually looked this up. He has 0 losses to black QBs. No clue how many wins.

Probably not that many since basically all black quarterbacks are in the NFC. Cam Newton, RG3, Vick, Kaepernick, Wilson (half black), Teddy Bridgewater. Jameis Winston.

He has beaten Kaepernack and Wilson. Beat the Redskins but RG 3 was benched( safe to say he would have won). Plays Cam Newton and Jameis Winston this year assuming they havent been benched by game time. Will beat up on Bridgewater in 2016.

The majority of teams saw him as a wide receiver; maybe Baltimore didn't but you get the point...I know he will suck. As soon as pressure comes, will do the typical thing; throw it up for grabs after he takes 5 sacks before hand.

Buffalo has a good chance to lead the league in punts and before Rex Ryan gives his "tough guy speech" from the 70's. If you expect to win 13-6, it just isn't happening.

This is simply not true. He worked the combine as a QB, and was only looked at as a QB. http://www.nfl.com/combine/profiles/tyrod-taylor?id=2495240

Taylor was drafted in Round 6 with the 180th pick in the 2011 NFL Draft by the Baltimore Ravens, The Ravens planned to play him at quarterback in spite of the fact most of the 32 teams believed he would play receiver instead.

Whatever you think but I know his future. Always a good fortune when 1 team expects you as a qb, then lets you go.

He will suck. It will be the typical experience I have seen.
