Not a wrestling fan but I am a HUGE fan of John Cena. He has granted over 400 wishes to kids with life-threatening illnesses (and counting). Spends a ton of his personal time to make sure these kids enjoy their time, if only all celebrities and athletes had this kind of passion for helping.

WWE’s John Cena is the world’s biggest Make-A-Wish superstar.

The wrestler holds the all-time record for the most wishes granted through the organization, with more than 460. Besides visiting hospitals, he also takes kids backstage at matches and treats them to WWE T-shirts, wristbands and other merch.

Sat across from him and his girlfriend(one of those wrestling twins) at jeff rubys in louisville a few months ago. Seemed very cool as people came up to them during dinner for pictures and such
