mike trout is looking like a lock unless he runs into a wall and screws up his shoulder for the rest of his career or something crazy like that...<iframe id="google_osd_static_frame_816800291649" name="google_osd_static_frame" style="display: none; width: 0px; height: 0px;"></iframe>

Aside from players already mentioned by others: MadBum, Torii Hunter, Bartolo Colon (lol), Dustin Pedroia, Giancarlo Stanton, Trout, Carlos Beltran, Buster Posey, Paul Goldschmidt and Jose Altuve.

Go ahead. Underestimate the little fugger Altuve. The Venezuelan Muchkin is gonna play a long long time and create a lot of offensive havoc.

And he's gonna be a 1st Ballot Hall of Famer. Eventually.

There isn't one player you just mentioned that is in the HOF right now.

Guess they have a shot though huh?

Yes. The "Nostradamus List", that. Most if not ALL except for MadBum are not First Ballot HOFers either and even MadBum has more work to do for 1st Ballot but he is well on his way. And I believe Altuve will become 1st Ballot. As may Trout of course. If he don't run into a wall (can stay healthy)..as another poster mentioned.

Baffles me that people talk Ortiz and hof. He failed a drug test. Literally failed. Not one ped (known) guy has sniffed the hof, why should Ortiz?

Posey
Pujols
Miguel Cabrera
Zack Greinke
King Felix
Kershaw
Sale, if he stays healthy
Ichiro
Probably Ortiz
Cano
Maybe Beltre
Trout, assuming nothing catastrophic happens. All set to have a career among the all-time greats, has been the best player in baseball for several seasons already.
Maybe Wainwright if he can get healthy and have some more good years
Yadier Molina

^ Greinke and Kershaw have work to do, of course, but they're well on course, especially with the last 3-4 seasons
