Anyone else ever fall for this? I found an article that covered it really well.

http://totalcollegeball.com/why-you-suck-at-sports-betting/

My recent for me was the Florida St./Mississippi St. non conf bball game last Decemember. Florida St. looked like easy money...lets just say things didn't go my way that night lol. Any times you guys can remember that this happened to you as well?

I would say 1 player in 20,000 actually beats the spread game before the grave. 20,000 might be on the low side.

Virtually impossible to turn a profit betting spreads laying -101 or higher.

The spread is designed to make any game a coin toss. There is no debate on this.

If you believe you can conquer coin tosses laying the so called hard to find "great juice" @-105, you are in a dense fog.

Lets move to the widely accepted -110. Toss coins for just a day and reward yourself with a 90.9 cent profit for each dollar bet on your winning tosses. The fog becomes even more dense.

The only chance for a longterm positive outcome is to have a return of even or higher.

If you absolutely MUST bet the favorite, lay extra points to lift the return to even or higher. This approach is not against my religion. Run lines are a good example. Alternate run lines are known to have handsome returns as well. Point buyers are degenerates.

Congratulations to those who had a good year laying the elusive -105. Moreso to you -110 players. Check back in a couple years to submit a consolidated update...

If you believe selected players will repeat their great plays, or poor plays, your eyes are dark brown, and will remain such.
