It's the only division in football where everyone has a good qb

NFC south.

lies, as a panthers fan I wish this was true. but i understand this is an obligatory answer for you.

I fear we may be the weakest division in the NFL this year -- well behind the AFC South, which has been a joke for several years.

AFC East has a chance (if the J-E-T-S don't drag them down)

Tannehill, Sexy Rexy in Buffalo and of course the Patriots.

Thats what everyone said about the NFC west the year before they became the best division in football

The NFC West seems like the obvious answer, but I'm going with the AFC east. I think the Bills and Dolphins will be better this year, and the Patriots will be the Patriots.

What?

Tampa? Winston who will be in prison within 5 years even with millions
Panthers: Cam freakin Newton. He is a failure
Brees: Good but old
Matt Ryan: Slightly overated. He cant take a team and lead them alone.

I may have to go with AFC West.

Manning: Great but old
Chiefs: Alex Smith is basically Matt Ryan
Raiders: Franchise is horrible but Derrick Carr may be above average
Chargers: Always in contention with Rivers

Thats pretty close to a toss up.

Depends on how JW turns out.
I know you won't admit but Newton is a very good QB.

100% of NFL GMs would take him over Alex Smith.

At this point in careers.

100% of NFL GMs take Brees over Manning
Ryan over Rivers
Cam over Smith
Winston over Carr

Yup. Thats because it is. Don't overthink it.

Kaepernick: Sucks. Will be out of league within 4 years
Wilson: Overated as hell because he is on a great team. If he had to throw for 350 yards week in and week out, he would be ridiculously exposed.
Palmer?? When is he healthy?
Rams? Who the hell is their qb? Bradford broke his ankle on the way to a meeting room and was traded. Nick Foles?

The original question was best division and that is what I addressed with my answer. Not the best QB's.

NFC West has been the best division in football the past couple of seasons. And it wasn't because of QB's. Its because of DEFENSE.

Great defenses do not last long in the NFL. You end up with 7 guys that think they are the "difference makers" and all want top dollar.
