Dear Lawmakers

I don't know why there is such a debate whether poker is a game of skill or luck. I'd like to draw your attention to example/exhibit 1,038,358,588

RXPoker "Home Game" Tournaments where our resident Poker Guru - Harry"ILoveCocks"Carary has placed in 4 of the 5 tournaments, including 1st multiple times...

I don't know why this is still a question of skill vs luck.

You fucking wish I loved cocks. For the 900th time, no I will not be your boyfriend.

I know everyone wants to date a semi-pro poker player that makes their meager living by dominating friendly freerolls, so I can see the attraction. I just don't swing that way.

I thought this was settled long ago and why places like California had poker clubs long before there were indian casinos?

My point is who cares if it's skill or luck?

When did something have to be labeled skill in order to justify its legality ?

Is buying lottery tickets skill?

Hey cashier give me 2 quick pics .

Yea lots of skill in that.

Who cares if it's luck or skill?

That should be irrelevant when it come to if it should be legal or not legal

It is relevant as far as interpretation of existing laws on the book regarding internet "gambling".

Now whether those laws should make the distinction or not is a different argument, and I'm sure I would side with you.

But given the fact that existing laws make a distinction, you now have to extend that distinction to each individual "game" when evaluating its legality.

The reason why it matters is, if it's not a game of chance it can't be handcuffed by anti-gambling laws. Plus if you're catholic you don't have to go to confession. But I agree, anti-gambling laws should be repealed, I don't need to be protected from me.
