E-Wallets for Canadians wanting accounts in US Funds

Would some money during March Madness at Betcris and it was in Canadian funds. Now wanting to change my Pinbet, and Bet365 Canadian accounts to American. Problem is either the books don't take E-Wallets or the E-Wallets won't
take a USD account from a Canadian bank. Don't want to use WU or MoneyGram because of hefty exchange rate.
An suggestions on what to do?
