What's your go-to sleep aid?

I'm always tossing and turning at night and never feel refreshed when I wake up.

I used to take a shot of NyQuil damn near every night, almost became addicted to it.

What works for you?

I tried that Nyquil......It works well....Just like the advil P.M.`s.....Knock you right out.

Chamomile is nice......doesn't work aswell as Valium, but still nice.

Use to drink Chamomile, but doesn't work as well anymore.

I think it depends on the person, & if they're truly an insomniac, or just some anxiety, etc......

Melatonin... it's natural and does the trick. It will give you some freaky dreams so be prepared.

btw nyquil helps you fall asleep but the quality of sleep is not good at all so i wouldn't use it every night.
