I don't even know what this is supposed to mean.

The "report" is total bullshit. The title is misleading and makes it sound like Cubs fans publicly urinate more than other baseball fans, which is silly and absurd. The actual article states that the Addison red line stop is where the most tickets are written for that in the city of Chicago. This is absolutely zero surprise to anyone who has tried to get on the red line after a 5-beer baseball game. Not to mention it's easy pickens for the police to just hang out there and write tickets.

In other words, it's not where most public urination takes place, it's where most of it is caught.

In other news, Lake Michigan is the most swam-in body of water in Chicago.

And some Chicago fans say that Boston Fans are the worst.....haha....at least we're not pissing all over the city.

First off, 77 citations in 2 years. Hahahahaha. That is one public pissing ticket for every 2 home games. So for every 90,000 some people they usher in and out of wrigleyville they write ONE ticket for pissing near the L tracks. Stop the fucking presses. What a catastrophe.
