The $1.6 million Travers Stakes (gr. I), headed by Triple Crown winner American Pharoah will be televised by NBC network during a two-hour program Aug. 29.

The 4-6 p.m. EDT broadcast will also include the $1 million Sword Dancer (gr. IT) and Forego Stakes (gr. I) on the stakes-laden card at Saratoga Race Course.

Good luck.....I`m a big A.P. fan....I would love to see him win.......But you never know.......I look at one thing.....This horse been doing some serious traveling......During the triple crown he went from Cali to Kentucky......Kentucky back to Cali......Then Cali to Maryland.....Maryland back to Cali......Then Cali to New York.

Then just 3 weeks ago from Cali to Jersey......Back to Cali.......Now from Cali again to New York.

That`s a lot of movement.....I wonder if this bothers a horse.

Never the less.....I hope he wins....LOL
