Never! ISIS is taking this a step further and raping kids from 3 years to 10 years old up to ten times a day. This makes me sick to my stomach that our military doesn't have the authority to wipe these thugs out. Any rape here should carry mandatory sentence of years depending of the severity.
I read a story on Isis awhile back where they cut off a 14 year old's left foot and right hand because he wouldn't join them. Off topic, but those fucks need to be wiped off the planet.
