What happens with the STL/CIN rain out game?

Have good parlays with STL on the ML linked in....

And have an if-bet out of one of those parlays.... so if the rest of the parlay wins, then the if-bet proceeds?

Graded as a short game, only 1st 5 innings bets have action. All props (except team to score 1st and score in the 1st inning), totals and runlines voided. Moneylines are a push.

Excuse my ignorance, but what are the circumstances where they pick up the game and just finish it the next day?... and where wagers would continue.
