Yesterday missed the gym and dinner was brutal... one burger, 4 ny style pizza slices, one slice of chocolate cake. White Russian desert.

Today I already crapped once and needing 2 more to even consider breakfast but already started on the White Russian... leaving to the office at noon until who knows when.
