His problem is mechanics.
He is smart.
He does have all the tools.
He can read a defense.
He knows where to throw the ball.
The problem is he has all the above solved but because his footwork is so bad it makes his throws inaccurate .
Normally most new QBs has problems with the things Winston has figured out .
But his mechinacs are pretty much offsetting all his positives .
Until he learns how to set his feet properly and learn how to throw the ball he will struggle .
