But why? Vegas is legal; why can't we work with books right here in Vegas? Technically a transaction isn't final until the goods are exchanged (which occurs in Vegas. I work in e-commerce so this seams reasonable

I don't live in Vegas. By 'right here in Vegas' I meant right here in lower 48 states

Yes, unfortunately US residents does not have too many options regarding the bookmakers they can use and I think it is not fair, because this restriction will not solve many things
