Fwiw you probably did the math just based on how many teams can go 5-0 but if the teams that covered were picked often then it would be correlated and thus why you get the high #.

Yep - the 54 was pure stats of how many people would go 5-0 with each chance being 50-50 and having 1727 as the beginning sample
