OMG. I had almost the same thing happen to me. Got like 3 letters in the mail about their 50% bonus that ended at the end of September. I was on the phone and on chat with them for over 4 hours on why I could not get the bonus. I had a zero balance with a $10 Bonus Play. I wanted both the bonus and the Bonus Play and they would not give in. I kept the Bonus Play and gave up the bonus. When I heard 8-10x roller, my head started to hurt.

I don't see the point in attacking BetAllSports, especially if he is trying to assist you.

I have no experience with BetOnline, but I'm not the biggest fan of what I've read about them and some of their policies. I may try them sometime down the road, and then I'd be able to give some feedback.
