Maybe the state is looking for more money. I do have to wonder about these huge gpp's that both DK and FD sponsor, because imo the larger the field the more luck seems to play into the outcome, and given that the legality seems to be based on luck vs skill - they might be forced to reconfigure. I'm just speculating, but this should be interesting. Despite the commercials, I am a fan of dfs. Most of the local teams promote DK so if the AG were to rule their business illegal, she would be creating quite the firestorm.

They had a commercial during the debates last night, lol.

I was like WTF?

I was actually thinking imagine how funny it would be if one of the "social media questions" at the end was like "What do you think of the legality of daily fantasy sports?"

Although it wouldn't be that funny since most of those clowns would probably say all gambling is bad and we must protect the children.
