got laid off and need a job urgent.....I have experience on CS on both ASI and DGS......setting account, profiles, agent's packages for both PPH or cash customers.

Once due to a computer robot that replaced me, another was because I got hired to do a Manager's vacation without me knowing and this last one was because the scheduled I had was 12 to 10 not a problem, only thing I was not told was that from 12 till 3pm I had to work with a gringo who smoke in the stage a pack of cigarettes and drank about 5 beers with in those 3 hours....you tell me how many health laws and health issues and if you would be able to handle that 5 days a week?

yeah...sucks doesn't it... received scheduled sunday evening...arrived at 10am and 10mins later was being told "I have no use for you now that xxxxxxx is back from vacations....thanks here is what I owe you for today's pay"
