They should be executed before fired. Guaranteed contracts are a joke. If I get a 25 million dollar guaranteed contract, what is my motivation to care? Pride? Dignity? Pssh. Lecture me outside of my 3,000 square foot beach house in Malibu.

Would you rather have that or work 75 hours a week talking to dumbass 19 year olds that all think they are 1st round picks.

Competitive nature? They will always have another job and they know it. Ask Nick Saban. He maybe the richest person in the state of Alabama.

I don't know if Nick Saban does anything but hurt your argument. richest guy in AL as you put it, but rides his players harder than anyone...
