Things people do in a casino that tilt you

I've been playing more live poker as of late...

- Body odor - Come on people, take a fucking shower once in a while
- Guys playing $1/$2 NL that wear the dark sunglasses and hoodies, thinking they are pros
- People that take forever to decide what to do with their hand (grrrr, especially at blackjack)
- People that practically throw their bets at the dealer, so he has to re-stack and count them

rudeness in general

ps i wear glasses at live casinos if I'm playing a long session

The damn know it all's who comment on every single play. When I play poker I really wish it was illegal to talk.

I actually like the banter around the table, it makes the experience more enjoyable. Unless, as you mentioned, there is some dick at the table
who thinks he knows it all, and won't stfu.

I find poker players to mostly be disgusting assholes. Bad breath, body odor.....and can't stand people eating at the table. Watching someone eat isn't very pleasant.

How someone takes more than 5 seconds to decide hit, stand, double or split at blackjack is a head scratcher

That seems like a pretty good strategy if you want to throw your opponents off their game.

Reggie Miller and Steve Smith said the late great Drazen Petrovic never showered and they hated guarding him because of it. Reggie said he was the best shooter he played against and he just didn't wanna get close to him because he smelled so bad.

Lots of people annoy me but only 2 people have really tilted me at a casino

1. Person that held one side of their nose and blew the other side on the casino carpet.
WTF thats why they make tissue.

2. Dude at the poker table picks out a HUGE FKING loogie out of his nose. Not a little dry piece but
a big fat wet piece and proceeds to wipe it off on his shirt. He wasnt even trying to hide it.

Out of shock and amazement I scream out "Damn dude you are a filthy mother fker"

He wasnt even fazed.

I don't mind smoking (I don't smoke) --- if you're in a casino/bar/club, it's a necessary evil. Funny that people will drink 8 beers (and consume 24 wings), but they're worried about second-hand smoke.

But I do mind the oblivious smokers. Couple weeks ago, drove to the casino with two friends. We played blackjack --- they had seats #4 and #5, I had seat #2.

Smoker was in seat #3 --- for ten minutes, his smoke was constantly blowing to the right (through seats #2 and #1).

"Hey man, you mind switching seats? I can sit with my friends, and you can smoke on the end."

"Nahhhh...I've been here for 60 minutes, this seat is due."

20 minutes later, he busted out --- hooray for karma.

I'm curious too, since it's the correct play.

I'll add that I get annoyed when guys get mad at my play when it was basic strategy. And that guy is the is usually the same guy that stays on 16 against a ten but will hit a 12 against a 14.
