Was said he showed up this morning in no condition to work.

Wondering how many Boosters are currently a celebratory "Not healthy" due to this announcement.

Per SC assistants and players (via reports through the twittersphere), he was apparently drunk on the sidelines during the ASU game and passed out on the flight home from WSU last year.

Sounds like USC had to already have been aware of Sark's drinking issues. He was drunk at a booster meeting before season dropping F bombs if you recall.

Looks like they've decided to start releasing details now to show how bad it is. Losses piling up and this is as good a way as any to fire someone for cause. Lot easier to throw big $ at a new coach if you can avoid Sark's buyout.

Haden deserves to be on the hot seat. Got to keep a close eye on Sark after the debacle in Aug.

Documents, former players point to Steve Sarkisian's alcohol use at Washington

Sarkisian's use of alcohol became a running joke among some Washington players, some of whom spoke about the topic on the condition they not be named because of the personal nature of the issue.

One ex-player said that in 2009, Sarkisian's first season with the Huskies, the coach sometimes arrived at morning team meetings "smelling like booze and [with] eyes all red, like he's been on a bender."
